My favorite delicious Sea food
Seafood is one of my favorite. I’ve always missed my appetite for dined out and looking for the Seafood Restaurant. I miss a lot to eat seafoods when I got busy from work then I just ate pork, chicken and some fatty and oily foods but sea foods is still on my mind and my tummy. One of my favorite meals is Shrimp. I will eat it just about anyway imaginable that looks delicious to me. I likes also fried, grilled, sautéed, cold, spicy or marinated. I just loves shrimp that I have been missed for a couple of weeks now. I’ve searched about seafoods then I came over the website about Great American Seafood Cookoff which top chefs that hail from various states are being featured. These esteemed chefs cook off much more than a storm! The website shares the chefs’ seafood recipes for pretty much the home-maker or even the interested. One such chef named Brian Landry caught my attention from Louisiana has a recipe that deals with Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet! Many menu just have to be select but our favorite is the Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet. I’m confident that anyone who tried Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet before would agree with me that this is a delicious food not to be missed. Moreover, Brain’s recipe Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille sausage smothered in a white bean casserole. They are huge and have a fresh flavor when cooked. I think an essential factor that gives great seafood their unique taste is the freshness of the seafood. Frozen seafood gives the seafood dish a flat and muted flavor right? For me, I would rather go for fresh or even live seafood to be prepare to cook.
When I came over about the Great American Seafood cook off, I was surprised lover to vote for the delicious sea foods prepared by the greatest and well-known chefs of all time from different countries or states. The cooking contest will be showcasing the talents of the world’s greatest chefs. Only their best seafood recipe for the win in this most prestigious culinary competition.
